The Paperboy of Spring Hill, TN was born to Henry Curtis Jackson and Lysie Dean Cooper. He has 2 sisters. Their names were Helen Starr (Jackson) Chenault and Mary Alice (Jackson) Goolsby. 

In 1954 at the age of 12, The Paperboy began his first job at the Daily Herald newspaper of Maury County, TN. The Paperboy worked for the newspaper for a couple years.

In 1963, The Paperboy married Beverly Latta. Beverly was the daughter of Simms Howard Latta and Velma Minnie Roth.

On December 27, 2022, The Paperboy gave a presentation at the Spring Hill Public Library in Spring Hill, TN about his time working for the Daily Herald newspaper and the people he remembers from his paper route.

The Paperboy has always loved the town of Spring Hill, TN and the people who live in it. Ever since the days in the mid-1950’s that The Paperboy worked for the Daily Herald newspaper, he has met and known many people of the town of Spring Hill, TN. A few of the people had known were Dr. Bernard Woodard, Edd Whitwell, Mattie Laura Harris, Tom Kinnard, and many more. The Paperboy has all sorts of stories about what he did during his time at the Daily Herald newspaper and the people he grew up knowing because of the newspaper.

The Paperboy is, my friend, Richard Jackson.
